After training in Paris at L’Ecole Lenotre, Chef Gianni’s culinary travels have taken him to Bali, Jakarta, Bangkok, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Dallas and Las Vegas. Born in Treviso, Italy, Chef Gianni remains true to his Italian roots and has acquired a passion for global cuisines and cultures.

Chef Gianni’s culinary competitions and travels in Europe, Canada, USA and Asia have exposed him to create alongside Michelin Star Chefs, Jean Schillinger, Pierre Gagnaire, Chef Boulud and other notable chefs.

During his tenure as Executive Pastry Chef in luxury brands at the Mandarin Oriental, Four Seasons, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, he has refined his passion and continues to share his knowledge of the pastry arts with the ICF.
