Christopher Johnson is a seasoned supply chain leader and former executive chef, currently serving as Director of Supply Chain. With a unique career that bridges high-level culinary artistry and operational logistics, Christopher brings a deep understanding of both the creative and strategic sides of food service and procurement.

Originally from St. Louis, Christopher launched his culinary journey in Dallas in 2008 at the prestigious Brookhollow Golf Club. In 2009, he joined the U.S. Navy, where he led food service operations aboard two naval vessels—honing his leadership, efficiency, and large-scale food service management skills under high-pressure environments.

Following his naval service, Christopher returned to Brookhollow before stepping into an executive chef role. He specializes in international cuisine and pushes the boundaries of traditional techniques, earning a reputation for innovation and excellence. Passionate about sourcing quality ingredients, he cultivated strong relationships with ranchers, growers, and manufacturers to showcase the best products available.

Now, in his role as Director of Supply Chain, Christopher leverages his frontline culinary insight and logistical expertise to drive value across sourcing, vendor partnerships, and operational efficiency—ensuring high standards from farm to table.
